Every project listed here is a live system, used by real businesses every day. From Zimbabwe's national exchange platforms to GP clinics and growing SMEs — this is what we actually build.
Patient Records, Billing & Pharmacy
A complete clinic management system built for multi-doctor GP practices in Zimbabwe. The system replaced paper records and manual billing entirely — giving reception, doctors, and the pharmacy a unified digital platform. Built specifically for Zimbabwe's healthcare environment: EcoCash payments, medical aid billing, offline operation during load shedding, and a UI simple enough for clinic staff with no technical background.
Automotive Management Platform
Honey Badger is an automotive business management platform — covering vehicle intake, job cards, workshop scheduling, parts inventory, and billing in one system. Before this, the business was tracking everything on paper and WhatsApp. After launch, every job is logged from intake to completion with a full audit trail and automatic customer notifications.
Vending Machine Management System
Smart Vend gives vending machine operators real-time visibility across their entire machine fleet. Stock levels, revenue per machine, machine status, and restock alerts — all accessible from a phone or laptop. EcoCash integration means the machines accept mobile money, critical for the Zimbabwean market. Operators went from manually visiting every machine to managing the whole fleet remotely.
Print Business Management System
Manake is the operational system built for a Harare-based printing business — managing quote requests, job production tracking, delivery scheduling, and invoicing. The business was running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets; now every job is logged from quote to delivery with automatic customer updates. The system also serves as the internal pilot for Neocube's SME Business OS Starter concept.
The projects above are a starting point, not a limit. We've built for capital markets, healthcare, automotive, vending, and print — the next one could be yours. Tell us what you're trying to solve.
