Healthcare
GP Clinic Management System
Patient Records, Billing & Pharmacy
A multi-doctor GP practice in Zimbabwe was running entirely on paper records and manual billing — files got lost, billing errors went unnoticed, and nobody could see the day's numbers until closing. We built a complete clinic management system covering patient records, scheduling, billing, and pharmacy, with EcoCash payments and offline operation built in for load shedding, so reception, doctors, and the pharmacy now work off one live system instead of paper and guesswork.
SME & Business Systems
Honey Badger
Automotive Management Platform
An automotive workshop was tracking every job on paper and WhatsApp — no record of what stage a vehicle was at, parts usage went unlogged, and customers had to call in for updates. We built Honey Badger to cover vehicle intake, job cards, workshop scheduling, parts inventory, and billing in one system, so every job is now logged from intake to completion with a full audit trail and automatic WhatsApp updates to the customer.
Manake
Print Business Management System
A Harare-based print business was running quotes, production, and invoicing across WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets — jobs slipped through the cracks and nobody had one place to check what was owed. We built Manake to manage quote requests, production tracking, delivery scheduling, and invoicing in one system, so every job is now logged from quote to delivery with automatic customer updates, and payment status is visible at a glance instead of buried in a chat.
NeoLogistics
Fleet & Freight Management Platform
A transport operator was managing sales orders, transporter assignments, and payouts across spreadsheets and phone calls — nothing was tracked end-to-end and settling payments to transporters took manual reconciliation. We built NeoLogistics to run the full freight cycle in one system: customers, products, trucks, and transporters are registered once, sales orders and transporter orders move through an approve/reject workflow at every stage, and transporter payments are settled individually or in bulk, with status-change notifications keeping everyone in the loop.
